This app works by recovering lagging pixels on your screen. The difference between a lagging pixel and a damaged pixel is that a damaged pixel will be black, while lagging pixels will be presented in different colors. You can drag the static screen over the affected pixel and wait 10 minutes and the problem should be fixed. If it isn't, I recommend going to a technician for a more in-depth review.
